Help and answers

How credits work, what each plan includes and how to reach a human.

What is a credit?

Credits are what you spend when AllWriter writes for you. The cost of a text depends on its length: every model charges a set number of credits per 1,000 characters of the text it writes, counting characters without spaces. The rate for each model is shown before you run anything.

Which AI does AllWriter use?

All the well-known text models, through one subscription. AllWriter picks a suitable one for your task on its own, and you can switch to another at any time. Which models your plan opens is listed on the Models page.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing period. Credits you buy in a pack never expire, and they are spent only after your monthly credits run out.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then it stops. Cancelling takes one click on the Plan and billing page.

Does AllWriter make images or video?

No. AllWriter writes text and nothing else — no images, no video, no audio.

What can I not use AllWriter for?

Adult, NSFW, pornographic and sexually explicit writing is not allowed, and neither are AI companions or romantic chatbots built on top of the service. Nor is spam, fake reviews, impersonation or anything unlawful. The full list is in our Terms of Service.

How do I get in touch?

Write to support@allwriter.org and we will answer within one working day. Include the email address on your account so we can find it quickly.
